Youth Success Program >
Our skilled case managers partner with Youth
Success participants in achieving their goals
of self-sufficiency as a successful young family.
Each pregnant or parenting teen is individually
assessed on their strengths, needs and skill
levels. A comprehensive family assessment
plan is made collaboratively with the teen and
they are assisted in attaining the designated
objectives.
We assist teens in developing daily living
skills, social skills and completing secondary
education and/or a GED; which increases
stability, self-awareness, job-readiness and
employability.
We teach participants about child growth
and development and how they can assist
their children to successfully learn and grow.
We work at identifying barriers to service
and find solutions to overcome obstacles,
resulting in…YOUTH SUCCESS
